I had a date w rachel ystd! :) we went to check out NEX mall at serangoon. Its a new mall so we decided to check it out.
I don't rrly like how they designed the mall to be like. Its huge but so messy as well. You can spot a restaurant or a cafe out of nowhere in between the boutiques. :/ and its mad crowded! We had to squeeze our way throught people, it was so damn annoying! they don't even have benches or anything for you to rest. FAIL.

I kept complaining how serangoon far serangoon is from my house because i'd only notice the circle line which is like 12 stops from dhoby to serangoon :O but there was the purple line but i didnt notice -_____- but it IS still far.
bukit batok to JE - 1 stop
JE to dhoby - 12 stops
dhoby to serangoon - 5 stops
total = 18 stops

Anyway, im super broke right now so we couldn't go into some fancy restaurant to have lunch! :( so we bought sushi :)





the shops at NEX aren't appealing, we walked around for abit, looking for sogurt. :) having froyos is like our tradition & our favourite-st food ♥ we never fail to have it everytime we go out.



but sogurt is a bit of a cheat! it costs about 3 sgd per 100g, its a self-service thing so you fill your own cup then you weigh it. the catch is, you don't know how much will it cost until you have filled your cup. Ours came up to about 8.20 but we had a 10% discount cos we were students. it is still expensive though :( the taste is just okay but i loved♥ the grape flavoured one! :D we took 3 flavours original, grape & peach mango!

We didnt have enough of froyos so we went to cathay & had frolick :p
